Built from Soul Food Tradition
Founded in St. Louis by husband-and-wife team Brukelle Banks and Darnell Banks, DeeBeeQue began as a small catering operation in 2019 with a big vision: to serve bold, soulful barbecue that reflects both tradition and innovation. What started with backyard smokers, family recipes, and community support has grown into a thriving brand known for its unforgettable flavor and authentic hospitality.
Our Restaurant
In July 2025, DeeBeeQue reached a major milestone by opening its first brick-and-mortar takeout location, expanding its ability to serve the community while staying true to its roots. Whether it’s catering large-scale events, serving local families, or popping up at community gatherings, the mission remains the same: to create food that feeds both the body and the soul.
